Non-surgical options offer beautiful results with little to no downtime.

1. Neurotoxins, Fillers, and Other Injectables

Injectable treatments include neurotoxins (BOTOX® Cosmetic), dermal fillers (JUVÉDERM®), and PRP. These injectable treatments can address different problems due to their varying chemical makeups.

Some injectables tighten and address issues like fine lines, wrinkles, skin sagging, and deep creases. Others are designed to add volume to shallow contours, thinning lips, and deep creases.

Injectable treatments are minimally invasive and require little to no downtime. Results can be seen immediately and will develop further over time. Consistent treatment will be needed to maintain results.

2. Ultherapy®

Ultherapy® is used to treat sagging skin on the face and neck.

Ultherapy® uses ultrasound technology to stimulate skin rejuvenation. The device radiates heat that penetrates the skin and increases the production of collagen and elastin.

Light sedation is used during this procedure, and so patients should arrange for someone to drive them home. Aside from that, patients will be able to resume regular activities soon after the procedure. The results of this treatment mimic those of a thread lift; however, Ultherapy® is less invasive since a thread lift still requires small incisions.

3. Thread Lift

A thread lift serves as a non-surgical alternative to a facelift. This procedure addresses mid to lower face drooping, loss of facial volume, deep folds, jowls, and loose skin in the neck.

Patients will receive local anesthesia during a thread lift. Threads are inserted into the skin, and these threads are pulled to manipulate the skin. The process is repeated multiple times to get the most developed results.

Swelling and bruising following the procedure is normal, and it usually subsides within three to five days. A thread lift offers results that can last up to 12 months.

4. Laser Resurfacing

Laser resurfacing uses lasers to gently remove the top layer of skin so a new layer can show. The goal of these procedures is to wipe away blemishes and catalyze your body’s natural regeneration process, leaving you with fresher, smoother skin.

A local anesthetic is administered to minimize discomfort before the laser is moved over the target areas.

Your treatment time will vary depending on the size and number of areas being treated—this time can range from a few minutes to an hour and a half. Multiple sessions may also be required depending on the patients’ needs.

5. Vivace Microneedling

Vivace microneedling differs from conventional microneedling due to its addition of radiofrequency energy. Microneedling is used to treat facial scarring, lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, texture irregularities, and pigmentation issues.

This device creates hundreds of tiny punctures in target areas where radiofrequency energy heats the lower layers of the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. This allows a new, smooth layer of skin to form. Treatment with Vivace takes approximately an hour, depending on the size and number of treatment areas.
